Favorites are an online album allowing you to place photos for review, comparison or purchase. This is a complimentary feature when browsing galleries on SPORTSEYE.com and commonly used for the "Favorites Download" product. Favorites are for your convenience, whereas they can be started at any time, and you can go back to them at any time, before, during and after ordering on SPORTSEYE.com

What is the Favorites Download?
This is the best deal for all full size hi-resolution digital photos of one player from one game/event or $59, with additional games for $40 each. These digital photos may be used for unlimited personal usage! Upon ordering, we provide a link to download a "ZIP" file of your approved hi-resolution digital photos, directly to your computer within one week.

How do I order the Favorites Download?
There are two ways to order the Favorites Download. First, you may add all of your photos to your shopping cart one by one, after choosing the "Favorites Download" from the PACKAGES section ("Click here for details on PACKAGES") of the shopping cart. And, then "Add To Cart." Secondly, you may add them to a Favorites album and CHECK OUT WITH ANY ONE photo. As long as the photos are in your Favorites album, and they are of one player from one game, we will prepare the download for $59 and email you a link to them within one week. You may also add a CD for additional $10 However, please allow 1-2 weeks for CD delivery via USPS.

What is ONE Hi-Res Download?
Best value! Individual DIGITAL PHOTOS for unlimited personal usage for only $9 each! These digital photos may be used for unlimited personal usage and will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. This option does NOT include print, and CD will NOT be mailed

How long do my photo stay online?
It depends on the league/event. However, the current galleries will be online at least until the end of the year.

How do I order photos?
To order photos on SPORTSEYE.com, click on any small (thumbnail) photo to make the photo larger and review the many options along the right side of the page, including digital photo downloads, packages and custom products.

Do you print Matte or Glossy? Borders or not?
All orders will be printed on a Matte or Lustre surface without borders, by default. We simply feel that Matte and Lustre offers the most professional look and has less chance for smudges. However, if you clearly state in the customer notes section during checkout, that you prefer that your prints are printed on a Glossy surface, we will gladly print your order on a Glossy surface.

Why is my team missing from SPORTSEYE.com?
If your team is missing from SPORTSEYE.com's online galleries, simply click CONTACT US and send us your league, division and team names and we will email you back when your team is available for review (usually within 3-5 business days).

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most prints, posters and custom products should arrive via USPS within 7-10 business days of placing and making payment for your order. Some products, like our SprotseyeBOOKs, WALLheads, Xtreme Posters and Canvas Wraps could take 2-3 weeks. However, we certainly cannot control the final delivery and service times of the USPS and UPS.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you had a user name prior to June 1, 2008 you will have to obtain a new account. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Does it cost anything to register for an account? Does Sportseye share any of my info?
No. This is a convenience when shopping, and a requirement when checking out and it does not cost anything to register. And we will definitely NOT share any of your info!

How can I avoid the $6 flat rate shipping fee?
We do NOT charge our $6 flat rate shipping fee for the ONE Hi-Res Digital Photo and Favorite Download products.
